How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Device Improve (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

"These headphones perform very well. I've used them in the house, on the train, as a passenger in a car and walking on the street. They have performed well in all environments -- I would point out one note -- do not keep on the active noise canceling (ANC), only use it when you need it. The ANC can be overwhelming because it works very well, so when you do not need it, the sound from the headphones is better when it is off. - ANC works well. - Sounds is very good - Bass comes through clean - Controls on the headphones are convenient and useful -- see last picture attached. - Option for both Bluetooth and corded use is fantastic -- the cord can be stowed in the case which is also nice. - Battery so far has been great. - Bluetooth pairing was simple. Overall, I would recommend these. Great value!"
The headphones sit comfortably on my head and ears, I had been wearing them for hours at a time without discomfort.
These headphones have really great sound. The noise cancellation works really well. I like the fact it has really nice bass tones. The sound is really nice, and the built in microphone is perfect for phone calls or even streaming online. They are lightweight, and fit in my backpack easily. They charge in a matter of a couple hours. I would definitely but these again, and recommend them.
I bought these headphones specifically for noise cancelling - and they do the job just fine. They were as fit for the purpose as were the way more expensive pair of Bose headphones I borrowed last year. But I also loved the Bluetooth and how easy it was to pair with my smartphone. I love to listen to music and podcasts but I'm no tech nerd so how great the bass is etc etc etc is pretty wasted on me, but I thought the sound was great and they were easy to use. Battery life is also good. If you want a good pair of headphones that are pretty easy on the pocket these are the go.
It's the second headphones I gift from this brand and the two people are delighted. Totally recommended.
These headphones are spectacular!!! I bought a pair for both my husband and myself. I purchased them to use primarily at the gym, and I'm so glad I did! They cover the ear so nicely - no discomfort or slipping!! The sound reminds me of surround sound, probably because I has small ears hahaha! We've been using them everyday, and have barely charged them at all. Hubby loves wearing them around the house as well! Highly recommend this product!

I like this item for the noise cancellation capability.I really enjoy surrounding myself in sound. And with the gorsun M98 Headphones I'm enjoying the sounds even more. The thunderous deep bass really captures the action sounds I want when I'm enjoying some of my favorite films or the rich nuance it gives listening to any music genre I choose . The active noise canceling feature integrated in this model allows me to capture all the intricate dialogue I sometimes miss, or music sounds that gets interrupted due to outside noises.

This was withheld at the customs and had to pay import taxes, not cool. feels solid but mpow h21 is more comfortable and better anc. size of the earpads is just on the edge of too small.
The headphone charge is well based on the 1050 mah battery, the headphone sound is ideal and anc works anc sound active cut fit I am happy to recommend this headset to those who will get it from Turkey.
